Last updated 18 October 2026

This page covers speakshuo.com and the Shuo waitlist. The privacy policy for the Shuo app will be added here before the app is available.

Who we are

Shuo is made by Beijing Xiaoweilai Network Technology Co., Ltd. (北京市晓未来网络科技有限公司). Write to us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we store:

• your email address;
• your answers to the two optional questions: why you are learning Chinese, and whether you want to test Shuo early;
• the country your connection comes from;
• the link that brought you, if it names one (for example a post on a forum).

How we use it

Only to email you about Shuo: when you can try it, and when it launches. We do not sell it or share it for advertising. The site has no ads, no tracking scripts and no cookies.

Where it is stored

The site and the waitlist run on Cloudflare, which stores the list for us.

Your choices

To leave the list or delete your data, reply to any of our emails or write to [email protected]. We delete it within 30 days.
